Sugar Cookie Oatmeal


Whipped Banana Oats

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup milk of your choice

1/3 cup oats

1/4 banana, sliced

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp brown sugar

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp chia seeds, optional

In a small saucepan, bring milk and water to a boil. Add the oats and turn the heat down to a simmer. Stir in the sliced banana, vanilla, sugar and almond butter. Continue to simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Serve with chia seed “sprinkles”.
