Pumpkin Pie Oats

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup milk of your choice

1/3 cup oats

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

dash nutmeg

dash ginger

few dashes cinnamon

1 tsp agave nectar (or honey)

1 graham cracker

In a small saucepan, bring milk and water to a boil. Add the oats and turn the heat down to a simmer. Stir in the pumpkin. When most of the liquid has been absorbed into the oatmeal, stir in the spices and sweetener. Cook until all of the liquid has been absorbed. Serve with a crumbled graham cracker as a “crust”.
