Pumpkin Almond Oats


Pumpkin Almond Oats

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup milk of your choice

1/3 cup oats

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

dash nutmeg

few dashes cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

1 tbsp almond butter

In a small saucepan, bring milk and water to a boil. Add the oats and turn the heat down to a simmer. Stir in the pumpkin. When most of the liquid has been absorbed into the oatmeal, stir in the spices and chia seeds. Stir in the almond butter at the end right before serving.
