Crafty Wedding Gifts

When you are planning a wedding in 3 months, you need to call in a lot of favors to get everything done on time and on budget! Enter the crafty Momma K, always amazing us with her scrapbooks, centerpieces, ornaments, and other fun crafts. Remember her centerpieces from the bridal shower? Well, she really outdid herself with the favors for the wedding!

Since Amanda is a photographer, they had a bit of a photo theme. To tie that in, each guest or couple was given a hand-crafted memory book as a wedding favor. Not only are they beautiful, but they have customizable tabs that you can decorate or replace with kept items. There are so many ways to personalize it, and I am so excited to fill mine! What a great idea for a wedding favor.

Not only did each guest get one of these fun books, but I schemed with Momma K to make sure the Amanda had her own book as well! After the bridal shower, Momma K made a larger book, perfect for filling with recipes! I took it upon myself to print out a few of the bride’s favorites and assemble a cookbook! She can continue to add pages and recipes to the book as her repetoire expands, and look back at old favorites, as well as a few hidden pictures and quotes.

Interested in these memory books, or wanna see what else Momma K has been crafting? Check out her blog and inquire about her new business!

Very pretty! Hmm, can’t recall the best favor I received at a wedding…maybe because the favors at my teeny-tiny wedding were my favorite: my grandma’s homemade Swedish ginger cookies. She made a few dozen and shipped them to me which we passed out to all 10 of our guests. Homemade is definitely best.

Wow! Here’s some unsolicited advice for those on a short timeframe. Get married on a Sunday. It’s cheaper and Saturdays go fast.

I do not know whether it’s just me or if perhaps everyone else encountering problems with your site. It appears like some of the text within your posts are running off the screen. Can somebody else please comment and let me know if this is happening to them as well? This may be a issue with my web browser because I’ve
    had this happen before. Kudos

Right here is the right webpage for anybody who would like to understand this topic.
You understand so much its almost tough to argue with you (not that I really would want to…HaHa).
You definitely put a new spin on a subject which has been discussed for decades.
    Great stuff, just excellent!
