Whipped Banana Oats
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1/3 cup oats
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp agave nectar (or honey)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
In a small saucepan, bring milk and water to a boil. Add the oats and turn the heat down to a simmer. Stir in the sliced banana, vanilla, and sweetener. Continue to simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir in the chia seeds at the end, if desired.
