Carrot Cake Oatmeal
Carrot Cake Oatmeal
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1/3 cup oats
1/2 shredded carrot
1/3 banana, mashed
1 tbsp pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp walnuts
2 tbsp raisins
In a small saucepan, bring milk and water to a boil. Add the oats and turn the heat down to a simmer. Stir in the carrots, banana and pumpkin. When most of the liquid has been absorbed into the oatmeal, stir in the vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in raisins when oatmeal is fully cooked and top with walnuts.
